My name is Terry Perches, a native of California. We moved from New York, our home for 17 years to Florida in 2015. We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
I am a Real Estate Agent who specializes in Tampa Bay area real estate. Since 2009, I’ve been helping my clients buy and sell - managing every aspect of the real estate process. Extremely Professional, Hard-working
I wanted to write to tell you of my experience with Terry Perches as our realtor. Last year I was offered a position in North Carolina with a relocation package. It happened so quickly that my husband and I barely had time to think about getting our home in Albany prepared to be listed. I started my new position in November and my husband joined me in North Carolina in January. Terry helped us get through the chaos that ensued by working with us and my relocation company, Cartus Corporation. All throughout the time that our home was listed, Terry kept us informed of every Open House and showing. She provided feedback from potential buyers and helped us address some of the comments they had. Not only was she available when needed, she was able to refer us to other services that we needed to better market our home.
